Extremely well-made Billet Aluminum Fuel Rail for Jeep 4.0L (In-line 6) motors.
Made with 6061 aluminum with a -8orb rail bore.
Removable end-caps allow you to remove the unit and clean it out thoroughly at any time. This rail is built to last.
Since stock fuel rails are made from steel, they will eventually rust and leak, making them likely to boil fuel when the engine is hot, among other issues with a rusty, leaky fuel rail. This high-quality billet aluminum fuel rail eliminates rusting completely.

Important Product Details
Fuel Rail Cap Note:
A cap is not provided. Either re-use the one from the fuel rail you are replacing, or purchase one from your local auto parts store.
Injector Options:
Either stock injectors or the upgraded EV14 injectors work great with this fuel rail. If you decide to upgrade to the EV14, you will need to acquire your own injector electrical connections. No injectors or manifold are included. This rail kit allows you to continue to use your stock injectors and existing manifold.
Important -- Fuel Rails with Regulator:
Some Jeep 4.0 engines have a fuel regulator attached to the fuel rail itself. These fuel rails have 2 line connections. The aluminum fuel rail we are selling only has one line connection. If your model of fuel rail requires a second line, you can still use our fuel rail, you will simply need an additional part.
Using a "rail" regulator with this fuel rail is very simple -- add an early 2000's GM corvette regulator/filter combo in the fuel line near this rail. We sell a kit that includes the regulator/filter and the complete set of fittings to install it with this fuel rail. The regulator kit attaches directly to the front of the aluminum fuel rail.
